Jan lives 20mins from Tarndie and has been coming over for wool, workshops and to say hello since 1992 we reckon. Jan loves Scottish castles and fine English teas - maybe there’s a little bit of that here. In any case, Jan’s now part of the Tarndie fabric we reckon.
The outer is knitted with a Tarndwarncoort 100% Polwarth 8ply hand-dyed yarn, while the inner is thrummed with soft and lofty Polwarth tops from Tarndie in a matching colour.
The headbands stretch to fit all sized heads around the ears, keeping the top of your head open to let out hot air, or so your hair can be free.
