What is the accommodation cancellation policy?

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellations made more than ten (10) days prior to arrival will have the deposit refunded, minus a booking fee of $40.

2. Cancellations made ten (10) days or less prior to arrival date will forfeit the deposit amount.

3. Rescheduling of reservation dates requires a minimum of ten (10) days notice.

How do I pay the balance?

50% deposit is required to secure your booking by credit card or direct bank transfer. This includes a $40 non-refundable booking fee.

The balance of payment (50% of total rate) is required five (5) days prior to arrival.

Short notice reservations, i.e. less than five (5) days prior to arrival date are subject to full payment upon making the reservation.

For the balance, payments are accepted via major credit cards (incurs a 2% transaction fee), direct deposit or PayID.

Can I bring my pet?

No pets are allowed on the Property at any time. We reserve the right to terminate the booking without refund if pets belonging to the guests or visitors are brought onto the Property.

How many people can stay?

The Farmers Cottage has two (2) bedrooms. One bedroom has a King Bed and one bedroom can be with a King Bed or two (2) Single Beds. A maximum of four (4) people can stay in The Farmers Cottage.

The Stables Studio has one bedroom and an adjoining nook with a sofa bed. The bedroom has a King Bed. The sofa bed is a double - suitable for 1 adult or 2 children. A maximum of three (3) adults, or two (2) adults and two (2) children can stay in The Stables Studio.

The number of guests staying at the Property must not exceed the number agreed to in the booking details. In the event that any additional persons stay at the property, an additional fee may be charged according to our usual rates and/or we reserve the right to terminate the booking without refund.

Can we have a sneaky party?

Unauthorized parties, group gatherings and functions are strictly prohibited.

Is breakfast included?

No. There is a full kitchen with fridge, microwave, electric stove top, gas / electric oven, pots/pans/cutlery/crockey so you can cook up a country breakfast so you choose it! Nearby Birregurra has options for groceries or ready made items for breakfast.
